Sporting Facilities for the Berkhamsted Sports Grounds Charitable Association (BSGCA)
We have been appointed to produce the feasibility masterplan for the Berkhamsted sports grounds and facilities element of the overall Bulbourne Cross Masterplan in conjunction with Thakeham, a development that will provide high quality affordable houses, new education facilities, sustainable transport links a 12ha country park and 20ha of formal and informal green spaces. The development will create the sport-led legacy of a healthy, carbon zero lifestyle for future generations.
