The Design TA service offers the Client a point of reference for the design/construction elements of the following key services to the main Technical Adviser firm, from RIBA Stage 0–6

Outline Site Appraisal

Feasibility Study

Attendance at Client Engagement Meetings

Bidders response evaluation

Review of Contractors Proposals against relevant design, specification and technical requirements.

• Architectural design and space planning
• BIM / ISO19650
• Construction advice

• Coordination of:

–   Town and country planning advisers
–   Mechanical and Electrical engineering
–   Thermal modelling
–   Structural and civil engineering
–   Acoustics
–   Highway engineering

The team at Arkilab work in this role on DfE Education projects, with Gleeds Advisory Services for the TAS21 Technical Advisory services across the whole of the UK on Free School and SRP mainstream and SEND schemes, guiding multi-million pounds worth of projects to their core design and technical objectives.
