Arkilab are excited to be expanding our Sports Sector and are delighted to be assisting with the continued expansion of Trafford Golf Centre, Europe’s leading golf practice facility.

We are undertaking a holistic review of the site and its capacity to enhance the facility through careful and considered masterplanning and design to maximise their current offer.

Currently the existing facility comprises:

• 53 floodlit, undercover bays, with Toptracer and Power Tee technology across all bays.
• Seven target greens spread over 300 yards featuring an exact replica of the most iconic par three hole in the world, the 17th hole at TPC Sawgrass at 137 yards.
• Laser measured distance target charts in each bay.
• Srixon full flight range balls.
• Dedicated short game practice area featuring the best Huxley synthetic turf.
• Drinks, food and snacks available in the Café and Bar proudly serving Starbucks
• Extensive free on-site car parking with easy access from the M60 motorway.
• 36 Hole Dino Falls adventure golf complex.
• American Golf retail Store.
