We are looking for qualified Architects to join our studio in Manchester City Centre, with at least 5 years post qualification experience and a true collaborative bias, preferably within the Education Sector, although cross-sector training can be provided. Efficient concept design experience, working through site strategies, internal spatial planning, and massing of complex projects for Feasibility and RIBA Stage 2, along with confident verbal communication skills for early client and stakeholder engagement will be key in this role. You will also be expected to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of delivery requirements against the RIBA Plan of Work Stages 3-6. This will be concurrent with a clear understanding of the requirements of the Building Safety Act and CDM. This role offers extensive support for growth and a clear path for progression within a growing and unique design studio.
