Construction is underway for the new £23.7 million Merstham Park Secondary School. The project is part of the DfE Low Carbon Pathfinder programme and will deliver state of the art internal and external education facilities as well as be a pioneer in energy and carbon savings within the offsite / MMC construction sector. The proposed building will replace the existing temporary facilities and provide high-quality classrooms with play space, Hall spaces and an all-weather sports pitch for 900 pupils.
We are thrilled to share with you the progress that has been made in the first months of construction. The first phase of the offsite built modules have been installed and the steelwork to the Hall spaces has been erected.
